Refund Policy

We aim for transparency and fairness in every transaction. Please read our refund terms carefully:

1. Digital Products (Templates, Forms, Downloads)
All digital items are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as they are considered delivered intellectual property. Please review product descriptions before purchase.

2. Legal Services
Consultation fees, retainers, or flat-fee services are generally non-refundable once work begins. Any unused portion of a retainer (for ongoing representation) may be refunded in accordance with the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct.

3. Physical Merchandise
Merchandise purchased through our online store (e.g., apparel, mugs, or totes) may be returned within 30 days if unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made by us or our fulfillment partners.

4. Memberships
Legal membership plans can be canceled anytime. Billing stops immediately upon cancellation, but no partial refunds are issued for prior months.
